Aunty Inflammation, a.k.a Sue

Sue is an anti-inflammatory advocate (and coffee lover).    For years she knew her body was afflicted with inflammation:  carpal tunnel, tendinitis, degenerative disks, osteoarthritis in various joints, etc.    Up until November 2010 she just accepted this inflammation and the resulting pain and aches.    With limited mobility after recent arthritis surgery she spent countless hours researching arthritis and inflammation.    Excited about the growing evidence that anti-inflammatory foods are good for alleviating arthritis suffering, she is on a quest to fight the progression of  inflammation and pain through diet.

Sue likes to keep things simple.   She was a management consultant and marketing professional for over 20 years with 2 leading technology firms.    In these roles she helped simplify technology messages to make technology easy to understand by her customers.      Sue is using these skills to assimilate and simplify the research findings on arthritis and inflammatory foods that she intends to share on this website and blog.

Sue is a proud Canadian/American.    She lives in Kirkland, WA and has an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor of Home Economics from the University of Manitoba, Canada.
